Procedures:
1 Washed the asparagus Cut away the root 2 Boiled water Added oil and the asparagus Cooked until medium done Leave it to cool 3 Laid the pork slices Wrapped the pork slices with suitable amount of asparagus and pea shoots Rolled the pork slices 4 Use corn flour to stick the ends Put some corn flour on surface of the pork roll 5 Add oil on a pan with high heat Pan-firied the roll until golden brown color Switch to low heat Cooked the pork thoroughly Waited until it cooled Cut into 3 pieces 6 Diluted sesame paste with olive oil Mix well with honey Poured the sauce over on the rolls Served
